On Sunday, January 5, 2025 initially there were some mix ups with seating. However, manager & several waitresses were very accommodating for several large seating. The guest enjoyed the food & the service. The waitresses were rather patient, friendly & attentive. The facility overall was clean. Thanks to the staff for a great evening! Blessings to all for another successful year ahead!!!
Had lunch here with friends. I usually come for steak. But since it was lunch opted for their cheeseburger which also comes with a side of choice. First the burger is a half pound weight smash burger with lettuce tomato onion pickle and their burger sauce on a brioche bun. It was delicious. And the price is right too. Burger with fries a side salad and ice tea was $16.00. Service was great. I don't recall her name. May have been Mia. Wish I remembered because she was terrific. Only negative was music was a bit too loud. There were not a lot of people there so conversation was hard to hear.
It did take almost a week the first manager pretty much ignored my complaint.. promising to send out the eCard to rectify the order... The second manager Janelle, did listen but did pass me off to the manager Dorothy that completed my complaint to some sort of satisfaction... Thank you Dorothy again... As a long time customer of longhorn and truly love the consistency of the food no matter where I go whether it's the Bolingbrook, Berwyn or Irving Park location ... Absolutely delicious and reasonably priced.... And I frequently order carry out often... And never had a problem like this one... It was just a bad day and that's all it was........
